practiced openly and ceremonially in ancient times to be later suppressed by Church Corporation.
At the time of the Catholic Church Corporation hegemony, sexuality meant a local priest holding a candle while the couple was having sex with a sole purpose to reproduce the species. This couple did their best to deny any enjoyment and at the same time accuse the devil (or Satan or both...) of all enjoyment, to then repent after sex and ask forgiveness; since anything else meant being outcasted or worse...tortured and killed (this applied for the "commoners").
In time things change. As consciousness progressed via or with scientific progression, marvels "born" from thought of "geniuses" that got it "from above", it became harder to intimidate society with primitive (yet very effective for that time) Medieval ways. The method of control had to be adapted.
The old Medieval ways of suppression manifested in sexuality became a great taboo topic, yet with the coming progress you could learn about it in school. There were methods like sending all the boys out of the class to explain it to girls only (mostly about the evil satanic sperm) or "lectures" where they were told how the mentula will enter cunnus and then ...the stork will bring the baby. This kind of "education" only lead to enhancing the taboo on the topic. Parents...incompetent and also indoctrinated themselves...would rather drop dead than have any say in the matter.
Before the modern era most saw a naked body of opposite gender and felt it for the first time at their first night (after officially and socially recognized/approved ceremony) and just "improvised". In open societies, coupling at least had a chance to be loving...while in more suppressed societies women's faces were covered with a cloth as the man performed on her for his own selfish needs and rights while the women had non and in a lot of cases still don't. All of this is a result of past indoctrination and deliberate scriptural data manipulation.
In modern or call it recent times the taboo topic was given a counter weight as it's grip is no longer as tight as before. SEX is all around you yet still hidden. You have it in TV commercials, jumbo boards, posters, brochures, catch lines, titles, music, movies, cartoons, books... it is everywhere BUT still no one talks about it. Yes sure verything is sexy and hot and attractive and beautiful, trendy and so on...but it is also all artificial.
The old rules still stand. The roots go deep. Just that now you are also side tracked from the actual essence with pop culture and alike...including pornographic industry that...shows it ALL...but in a fitness or gymnastics kind of a way...meat and...well just that...meat. The superficial meat part is enforced on you, to get your primal physical reaction and in a way addict you to it. Sexuality is primal yet it is not just that but people are and remain ignorant and fearful...uneducated.
Yes, today in school you actually learn about ejaculation. Sperm is no longer taught as being satanic and the nine months of pregnancy and birth and all that but... they teach you about biology... NO ONE teaches you ANYTHING about SEX. Still younger ones learn about it from "experienced" older peers, and worse...from pornographic videos and magazines, music videos, pornographic and erotic novels and film industry, etc. Not as suppressed as it was...as it can no longer be...sexuality remains a big unknown and a very strong taboo.
People still avoid it as a subject of discussion, but IF you get to it most just quickly become masters of metaphors and soon thereafter dismiss it with a joke. The joke is in most cases what some would call sexist or has a strong foredeeming overtone. The "old school" married couples rarely even talk among themselves about it and even less to their children. Some of the younger couples show more openness but the majority still strictly keeps it as a private matter. Any open adult-adult sexual discussion is still an "unpleasant" thing and if given the chance it becomes a rather avoided event.
Parents still want to "protect" the children and so in their ignorance and fear and disgust they do not talk to them about it as it is "bad energy" and has to be done at the "right time", the love and light time (that never seems to arrive).
Approaching things like that, mostly all they do is harm their children, since a child/teenager will find out one way or the other...his/her body will want to find out and the mind will gladly follow. Unless they are, for example, growing in a very religious/dogmatic environment and have been consistently "mentally raped" from early age on by taking them (as early as small children) to a Church Corporation and feeding him/her all that intentionally distorted and manipulated data.
Problem is that, ignorant and self deluded parents are in a lot of cases worse than a pornographic movie and cultural propaganda, so the source that a child should or could trust best can be the most damaging one. (Cultural propaganda as for example music videos full of "artistic" nudity and sublime sexuality that in majority of cases do not get to the top 10 because of their quality but because the money system simply enables them to be broadcasted or played over and over and over and over...again...)
So what used to be handled by a taboo chain (the effects of which are slowly diminishing) is now a days handled by presenting the aspects of it in a wrong way: the superficial materialistic-feeling less-meat way.
Sex is not just a reproduction function or gymnastics. The life itself that can result from it is a "miracle", a big bang and sex is a powerful energy blend/exchange. After all, it created the Creation...the Universe.
Given all the fear, unknown and make believe attached to the topic of sexuality (gathered over many centuries of suppression ) and the immense pressure from society about it, still things remain as "they are". There are many rules about sexuality and how something should be done. Most do not even question them, they just "pick them up" as they go. These are rules such as the ones about virginity, purity, polyamory, exclusivity, marriage, do's and not do's, celibacy...etc and most are not even aware of why their mindsets have these rules.
Experiencing sexual energy is tapping into the Higgs Field. It is the primordial higher D energy, the same energy that transfigured body of Christ. Exchanging this energy is blending of the physical with the metaphysical, duality merging in the sexual union, mind of God merging with the body of his Creation. It is the emotional and physical pathway to commune with God.
